HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Happy Turkey Day peeps!

So as every year, I got up at 9 (oh my gosh, so EARLY ;-p ) to watch the 83rd Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade on channel 4 while eating cinnamon buns and drinking Egg Nog. That's what we always do. My favorite floats/balloons this year were Pikachu, the Pilsberry Dough Boy, the Smerf, Snoopy, and Spongebob! But I've always wondered. WHY is Santa always at the end? It's the Turkeys day and Santa is stealing the show! Erg, whatever. Well My grandparents are here from MI so we're gonna chill out and have dinner with them at my house. But every year it seems that we eat Thanksgiving "dinner" earlier and earlier... I think the estimated turkey completion time this year is gonna be 4 O'clock... Pretty soon It'll be Thanksgiving Brunch!

Oh, and I'd like to say what I'm thankful for... I'm thankful that I know God and that He has saved my soul from an eternity of separation from Him. My family is awesome, and really, I wouldn't trade them for anybody.... well Maybe Ryan... JK! And I'm really thankful for my friends, especially my best friends ;-) <3>

Well I hope you all have a Turkeyful day. BTW I'm all hopped up on JAMAICAN COFFEE! It's crazy good!

Yup. 17. Sarah's sister thought I was 18 this year. I'm gettin' there, but not yet. So I went crazy with decorations. I gave Sarah an assignment to take pix of it all. I went crazy with the crepe paper. Black white and red were my colors. (of course)

Story time with "Auntie Kaitlyn". We played the game where you take turns writing part of a story, but you can only write based on what the person next to you wrote. You have no clue what the rest of the story is. We came up with the most rediculous stories. Sarah tried to record us, but we were laughing so hard it just sounded like screaming.

We all used books for a hard surface to write on. I was randomly handed, "Queen Mother"

What REALLY happened to the Dinosaurs

CJ Mahaney

For those of you who don't know, C.J. Mahaney is the founding pastor of the first Sovereign Grace church. My family and I go to 1 of 91 Sovereign Grace churches in the US. Anyways, C.J. came to our church today, as well as two weeks ago. Today I waited in line to talk to him. I asked him to sign the notes that I took on his sermon with my sparkly green gell pen. "Of course!" and as he began writing he said " This pen is very sparkly and feminine. Only for you will I use it to write." LOL It was very funny. He left me a scripture verse too. 2 Timothy 1:9-10.

We love when he comes to visit. He loves us so much :-)

OUCH!!!

I hurt my thumb today in gym. a basketball broke my nail pretty far back. It was all bloody and I had to go to the nurse. She said I might lose my whole nail. I'll have to keep it wrapped up until I guess the nail falls off. :-( the broken part is still barely attached, and it hurts like mad. I hope I don't lose it. It's amazing how many things you need your thumb for. I feel crippled!

I just got back from Leah's house. Friday i had my party, and it was a BLAST! Probably the most fun party I've had. Thanks guys for making it happen. :-) Leah spent the night, and then we went Trick or Treating. Leah should be sending me pix... OH also, if you took pix at my party, could you send them to me? I am NOT a Facebooker so I won't get them. Well it took me forever to get all the black hair dye out, but I'm good now... lol. I'm so tired. Rock on Peeps.
